Various Payment Options Accepted

Your child’s smile can last forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to receive the best dental care whenever needed. We offer a variety of financial assistance programs to help those who need assistance. Your financial circumstances will not affect the care your child receives. We treat every patient with dignity, respect and compassion. If your child has a need for our services but you lack the means to pay, we encourage you to review our financial assistance programs, i.e. Care Credit, or call and speak with our Office Manager about the In-Office payment options we offer.

Insurance

We work with an extensive list of insurance companies, including most PPO's and several NJ Family Care Medicaid plans. Please call us to inquire if we are In-Network with your plan. You can also check with your insurance company directly, but keep in mind that just because you may not see us listed as a "Participating Provider" doesn't mean we can't see your child at our office! The best thing to do is ask us!

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Insurance policies vary greatly, so while we can estimate your coverage in good faith, we cannot guarantee coverage or exact out of pocket expenses, due to the complexities and consistent changing of insurance contracts.

Your estimated "Patient Responsibility" must be paid at the time of treatment. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for treatment completed and allow them 60 days to render payment. After 60 days you are responsible for the balance, but keep in mind that we can, and will, continue to work to get any claims paid that should rightfully be paid by the insurance and guarantee your reimbursement if we receive duplicate payment from your insurance company. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to answer them and explain our policy regarding dental insurance in more detail!

Affordable Payment Plans

The cost of treatment may vary, depending on your child’s individual needs and treatment plan. We are happy to discuss the cost of treatment and all of the available payment plan options with you before your son or daughter begins treatment, so you can make the best choice for your child and your family. We offer a variety of financial assistance programs to help those who may need it as well. Be assured that your financial circumstances will not affect the care your child receives. We treat every patient with dignity, respect and compassion. If your child has a need for our services but you lack the means to pay, we encourage you to contact us to discuss our In Office Payment Plan options, special discount programs for certain situations, as well as to explore options such as Care Credit.

Our practice accepts all major credit cards and contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
